Lawl.

Sounds good, but..
-The bass doesn't always match the melody (like staying on one note for the first 40 seconds)
-The snare could be a little more dynamic
- At 0:45 ish, the bass / kick sound is distorted
-A bit short for even a jumpstyle song.. Maybe 1:30 ish.. Jumpstylers can go about that.
Overall good.

Hmm.. we may have something here.

Its pretty tight
Good drumming.
But it can use a little more bass to get the song really pumped up. Especially in the beginning and the intro.
Also try changing around the beats a little bit. The rhythm does get a little repetitive after awhile.. even after the short pause at 1:30.
Try adding some Fx into it.. or a real melody, instead of just 3 of the notes played on a bell sampler. Give it a little more musicality. The bass/kick drum sounds weak. Try a different sampler, one with a little more "uumph". The snare sampler can be turned up just a bit more. To really let the tight snare sound out.

Overall pretty good, but could be better.

Hey man, thanks a lot for all of the advice! I do admit the beginning is a little empty, but I wanted the drums to stand out. I'm not really sure what other kind of eefects I could add to it though, and as for the bass drum, I actually added a lot of umph to it, there's a bass boost to it, and I wanted the drums to sound more realistic too, rather than sampled. Thank you so much for the review though, I really love all the constructive criticism, it helps a lot in future projects.

Its got massive potential..but..

-Maybe its just the sounds/samplers you used..
-Sounds more like a dance loop/song.
-The kickdrum rolls are too frequent and seems to be in random places.

Pros:
Massive potential for a good dance song.

Cons:
Bad sequencing / placing of phases
Could have used better sound samples to make it really come to life.

If you use FL7 for this, maybe I can do something with it? If you wanna collab just PM me.

Hey, (Sorry for the late response, was gone from early Friday - late Sunday).

Yeah I was thinking that myself too... I used the kick samples way to much, and I don't know, no excuse out of that. But, I haven't done a song for awhile now, so I guess this is me warming back up to it.

And I've gotta really thank you for the review, it helps a lot. I'll take your advice and try to spice it up, because yeah... It is kinda reptitive/boring after awhile.

And nah... I used eJay Dance 7 to make this, but if it matters I think I've got FL6 hanging around.
